“The person responsible for this mis-managed mess of a pharmacy should be fired for gross incompetency. I have never experienced such a dysfunctional group of individuals in my life. My Dr. called in a simple prescription a week ago. When I stopped by to pick it up they said it would be 3 days (good thing it wasn't critical). I returned 3 days later they said I could pick it up after my shopping. After my shopping they said it would be a couple more hours. 2 days later I called and it STILL WASN"T FILLED. Unbelievable!
They shouldn't be shut down, they provide a critical service to many people, but the responsible manager should leave immediately.
Find somewhere else to take your business, especially if your health is at risk.”
“The blond who came to the drive up window was incredibly rude to my daughter, at one point walking behind the pharmacist making a face and shaking her head. How childish! I was in the passenger seat and listened to her rudeness.
When I recently got an RX filled, even on discount it was priced higher than other places. The explanation was that it is Fred Meyer policy to add cost! Two weeks later, I got notice of a refill, and the price went from 82 to 142! I am retired, and this is nuts!
Not only was the employee very rude, she lacked empathy and basically told my daughter it was not her problem that as a diabetic she would be without insulin or her bipolar meds for at least three days!!! The rudeness was obvious, and my daughter told her so, to which she retorted that she was not being rude. She continued to act in such an unkind manner that my daughter finally just cussed and turned her car off and sat there. When the pharmacist finally came over, this was when the employee walked behind the pharmacist doing the whole head shaking bologna.
Raising prices, never having insulin on hand, slowest service ever, and absolute rudeness are why our prescriptions will be sent somewhere else!”
