So it promised right on the website and order page that orders would quickly process, print, ship and be delivered within 8-10 days. I should've known better. Placed order on Dec 9th, it shipped on dec 16th late in the day, with promise of delivery on Dec 27th. That's not 8-10 days. And it was simple photo printing mostly wallet-sized, no christmas card designing or anything complicated. Beware of false quick delivery promises.
