“I ordered a book with free print, advertise free books once a month. I paid and purchased a book with the expectation of receiving it to give out the Christmas gift. 2 to 3 weeks go by and I still have not received the book that they advertise for you to get every month. I never received my book in the reason why is because UPS said they did not have access to deliver I live in a whole house so there’s no excuse why the book was not delivered in the mailbox. The mail carrier delivers mail daily without an excuse to not have access to deliver a book. I didn’t receive a refund or anything after they decided they didn’t have access to deliver my book. I had to go on the app track the package only to find out it was never delivered.”
“Always been happy with FreePrints but AVOID AVOID AVOID FreePrints Cards. I ordered 8 days ago and they still haven’t dispatched the order. I ordered some chocolates from them to tell me 6 days after ordering that they were out of stock! Inconsistent, incompetent customer service. Buy your cards/gifts elsewhere.”

I have placed 4 orders recently and to date I have not received any of them despite claiming they have all been despatched.
I can accept the odd "lost in the post" order but all 4 not being delivered screams of a scam. Unacceptable.

“Not sure why all the bad reviews. My free order came with no issues. Prints looked great and came quickly. I didn't know about this company until it was offered on T-Mobile Tuesdays so I gave them a try and now I am looking at their photo tiles app to order from. These massive amounts of negative reviews worry me now.”
“Still waiting for my prints 10 days after the so called delivery date. I mailed them but there's only an automated response...... it isn't our polocy to reprint yet. Please contact again .. (on date that was 4 days way. ) I will try again tomorrow... I'm not holding my breath. Also they charged me for 31 of the 76 prints + delivery.. so not free.
Won't be ordering again.”

“Ordered a canvas was emailed the delivery date which was perfect 2 after that date still not arrived was meant to be a birthday present won’t resolve the problem until 5 days after the birthday .Was told so the person isn’t disappointed buy something else in the meantime”
“Not worth the hassle to get prints that get lost in the mail because they place them in a flimsy envelope that easily comes apart. Just received an empty envelope first time around. I won't be using them again.”
“Absolutely USELESS. A Canvas I ordered hasn't arrived and I tried online chat but just some robot answering. Then an email that doesn't receive replies. I also tried to upload 8 photos for printing A WEEK and still not uploaded and unable to contact ANYONE apart from the robot again.”

“Pictures will come out differently to the preview. Preview showed no one in the background of my family photo after using the moving and cropping feature, and when received, someone's full face was in the background. Mother's Day ruined and now too late to order any other photos for her. NEVER using again.”
