“Terrible customer service, have no idea where my delivery is and just refunded the money weeks later. Was a present for my mums birthday too, they don’t care so hope this post helps someone not making the same I as did purchasing from them”
“Ordered a canvas was emailed the delivery date which was perfect 2 after that date still not arrived was meant to be a birthday present won’t resolve the problem until 5 days after the birthday .Was told so the person isn’t disappointed buy something else in the meantime”
“Not worth the hassle to get prints that get lost in the mail because they place them in a flimsy envelope that easily comes apart. Just received an empty envelope first time around. I won't be using them again.”
“Absolutely USELESS. A Canvas I ordered hasn't arrived and I tried online chat but just some robot answering. Then an email that doesn't receive replies. I also tried to upload 8 photos for printing A WEEK and still not uploaded and unable to contact ANYONE apart from the robot again.”

“Pictures will come out differently to the preview. Preview showed no one in the background of my family photo after using the moving and cropping feature, and when received, someone's full face was in the background. Mother's Day ruined and now too late to order any other photos for her. NEVER using again.”
“I ordered a “poster” as a gift for my husband on Feb 22. It never came. It was “lost in transit” they issued a reprint. It was supposed to be here March 15. Then March 17. Then March 18. They wouldn’t do anything til end of day today. It was “lost in transit” again. Asked for a refund, magically there was an issue getting the refund and they’ll email me. It’s been a month. I can’t believe I’ve had this much issue with one photo.”
“Sent me incorrect canvas. Said that they can reprint it and then said they couldn’t. Then proceeded with a refund then said they couldn’t. I mean don’t get me wrong I’ve never really had an issue until now but still can’t even give me a refund. Ridiculous”
“Not happy at all. First I was offered free delivery but that disappeared so had to pay before I could submit my order. Photos arrived a day later than promised and they have printed ones that I didn’t tick. Also printed a few of them twice or three times and so ones that I wanted were missing . Others had a half inch border on either side. Quality bad.”
“Free prints overcharged me, I was ment to be charged 3 pounds buy was charged 7 and they cancelled by order on the 7th of Feb and promised a refund! But 2 weeks later I still haven't received my refund and they are saying no money was taken out my account despite me providing proof of payment and money being taken out my account! Now they are saying I'm not going to get a refund or credit, but earlier in the week they promised me a full refund. They have bad customer service, and don't take you seriously. Still haven't gotten me refund, as they are denying I was charged for the order even though it was authorised and charged by my bank!”

“Order never arrived. Good thing it was for the 10 free prints and I never wasted any real money on it. If it seems to good to be true, it probably is.”
