“They have gone downhill. Had lovely photos in the passed but very dissappointed this time. Parts of photos missing, e.g. tops cut off... Colour not good. Will use them again in the hope that this was a one-off, but if the results are the same next time I will not use them again.”
“Originally ordered prints for same say pickup at our local CVS & they were awful - dark, blurry, poor colors compared to the actual photos. My daughter told me about free prints & I ordered from them to compare & they blew cvs out of the water - and they were way cheaper! My prints also came in 3 days, so very quickly. I ordered a canvas print (was offered free, I just paid shipping), so im interested to see how that turns out!”
“I ordered a few items for next day delivery and paid considerably extra to receive my items the next day fora family birthday. I then paid for my order only to realise since adding an extra item my delivery date had changed to a week away but I was still being charged the next day delivery fee. I contacted customer support who were useless and said they couldn't cancel my items or get them to me any sooner despite me having paid for a next day delivery service I hadn't received. I am still waiting for my items and have missed x2 family birthdays which the gifts were for. I wouldn't recommend free prints to anyone or use them again and will be deleting the app as soon as I finally receive my order!”
“Never received my prints, they changed the due delivery date and then still failed to deliver . Had to wait extra days to log that they hadn’t shown up . Have requested re prints but will see if they turn up .worried as I’ve also ordered a canvas and fridge magnets that they’ve changed the delivery date on too .”

“When ordering they will tell you a guaranteed delivery date. Once the order ships the delivery date doubles. Customer service just give bullcrap deflectiinary responses that are more aggravating than helpful. Why lie? Tell people orders take a few days to process then 7-10 days to ship, don't make fake BS promises then change it once people have paid. Scummy company”

“I ordered a book with free print, advertise free books once a month. I paid and purchased a book with the expectation of receiving it to give out the Christmas gift. 2 to 3 weeks go by and I still have not received the book that they advertise for you to get every month. I never received my book in the reason why is because UPS said they did not have access to deliver I live in a whole house so there’s no excuse why the book was not delivered in the mailbox. The mail carrier delivers mail daily without an excuse to not have access to deliver a book. I didn’t receive a refund or anything after they decided they didn’t have access to deliver my book. I had to go on the app track the package only to find out it was never delivered.”

I ordered some chocolates from them to tell me 6 days after ordering that they were out of stock! Inconsistent, incompetent customer service. Buy your cards/gifts elsewhere.”
