But do not order any personalised china gifts I ordered not even last year!
Mugs for friends and the handles have broken off at least two of the 6 I ordered.
Complained but they won't re order free of charge.
Only 30 days money back they said.”
“Was very impressed with free prints, used them for a good 3 yrs & canvas prints are great . Unfortunately I have a wats app group on our cul de sac for emergencies, set up when Covid hit. Suddenly free prints arrived with a link to my purchases. Without me doing it, That’s an invasion of my privacy, so disappointed that free prints invaded my privacy, I definitely won’t be using them again , tried to get thru to customer services to talk to them, no chance. Are they hacking peoples phones ????”
“I have requested multiple times for them to print the date taken on the back of the prints. I just ordered over 450 in one order, and only 10 prints have the date taken on the back. Makes it very hard to scrapbook when I am not sure of the date. Can’t figure out why they can do it for a few, but not for all.”
