“I ordered a few items for next day delivery and paid considerably extra to receive my items the next day fora family birthday. I then paid for my order only to realise since adding an extra item my delivery date had changed to a week away but I was still being charged the next day delivery fee. I contacted customer support who were useless and said they couldn't cancel my items or get them to me any sooner despite me having paid for a next day delivery service I hadn't received. I am still waiting for my items and have missed x2 family birthdays which the gifts were for. I wouldn't recommend free prints to anyone or use them again and will be deleting the app as soon as I finally receive my order!”

Customer service just give bullcrap deflectiinary responses that are more aggravating than helpful. Why lie? Tell people orders take a few days to process then 7-10 days to ship, don't make fake BS promises then change it once people have paid. Scummy company”

I ordered some chocolates from them to tell me 6 days after ordering that they were out of stock! Inconsistent, incompetent customer service. Buy your cards/gifts elsewhere.”

I have placed 4 orders recently and to date I have not received any of them despite claiming they have all been despatched.
I can accept the odd "lost in the post" order but all 4 not being delivered screams of a scam. Unacceptable.

(on date that was 4 days way. ) I will try again tomorrow... I'm not holding my breath. Also they charged me for 31 of the 76 prints + delivery.. so not free.

“Ordered a canvas was emailed the delivery date which was perfect 2 after that date still not arrived was meant to be a birthday present won’t resolve the problem until 5 days after the birthday .Was told so the person isn’t disappointed buy something else in the meantime”
