“Not worth the hassle to get prints that get lost in the mail because they place them in a flimsy envelope that easily comes apart. Just received an empty envelope first time around. I won't be using them again.”
“Absolutely fine whilst everything is going okay. The minute something goes wrong you are spoken to by Ai and no human. When your prints don't arrive and you paid for 2 days delivery, try getting a refund absolutely impossible. Ai just defers promises. You have to ask the right questions. Like give me a phone number. "We don't give you phone numbers". Give me an email address. And even with an email address it takes forever. What is the problem with this company?”
“I have been using Free prints for awhile now.but unfortunately the last two prints I have ordered have both come delivered wrong.i have left two messages to see I can get help. With a refund or to be resent and had no help at all. Very disappointed.”
“Used them for ages, been fine. Now, paper is different, colour is completely off. Very disappointed, to the extent I shall be looking elsewhere. Got a few prints from Tesco this a.m., which I’d forgotten to order. Colour is spot on - same subject. Ok way more expensive, but will be looking elsewhere from now on. What a shame.”
“The prints are good quality and delivery is ok BUT postage pricing is misleading. Following my repeated inquiries to them I discovered that within the 48 6x4 freeprints the postage varies.

“Ordered 3 prints to be enlarged to 10 X 8 size. One perfect, one had feet cut off & final one the bottom third of the 2 subjects was cut off!
E-mailed complaint & they replied suggesting it was my fault during ordering process! Did give me a partial refund. Have used once before just for the free prints which were OK but sadly won't be using this company again.”
“I’ve been a customer for years and will not be ordering from them again. Some photos get cropped, some were missing, but most of all, their Customer Service. You’re talking to a computer, who responds with the same response after each concern. It’s always pretty much We’ll look into the matter and get back to you“ 😏 After 4 times and still waiting.”
“If you want mediocre quality photos for a cheap price then this Freeprint (and their various apps) could he a good solution. The photos I received were either slightly zoomed in or cropped. The colors are also not to my liking, and quite a bit darker than what the actual photos are supposed to look like. So all in all, I will not use their service ever again. I had printed photos from a camera and smartphone and they all came out below my standards.
But if you want to have a cheap solution to just some family photos this could be fine. Just make the photos slightly brighter and know that the edges will be cropped. Or just pay a bit more and actually be happy with your photos.
Delivery was fast. Almost want to give them 3 stars, but 2 is more justified.”

“I was offered a white border at no extra cost. They just printed my photos in a tiny square at the centre of the page with over half the photo being border. Great way to save them ink! Quality used to be much better but disappointed with my last couple of orders. I'm going to try another site for getting my photos printed”
“Although I like the prints I receive I do have issues with them. They have lost "lost" photos with no record of the transaction but did say the photo book was shipped. Also I've recently ordered photos and a photo box. Well I received the photos but not the box. I paid for the box. I contacted them and had absolutely no response for theses problems. Good luck! Scam no, unprofessional yes.”
“So it promised right on the website and order page that orders would quickly process, print, ship and be delivered within 8-10 days. I should've known better. Placed order on Dec 9th, it shipped on dec 16th late in the day, with promise of delivery on Dec 27th. That's not 8-10 days. And it was simple photo printing mostly wallet-sized, no christmas card designing or anything complicated. Beware of false quick delivery promises.”
