Although I like the prints I receive I do have issues with them. They have lost "lost" photos with no record of the transaction but did say the photo book was shipped. Also I've recently ordered photos and a photo box. Well I received the photos but not the box. I paid for the box. I contacted them and had absolutely no response for theses problems. Good luck! Scam no, unprofessional yes.
