“Tried to order a free prints calendar several times.every time I got to December all my progress would get lost and it would freeze on me. It kept on saying that the free option wasn’t available. don’t ever order from this stupid app.”

“Ordered over 60 photos with 2 day shipping to fill a photo album purchased for my daughter as a Christmas gift as well as 3 magnets...Later I was informed they wouldn't arrive until December 27th! I was denied cancelation and told no live agents work for this company ! Waste of 30$ and will be disputing charges!”

“Terrible service I ordered a calendar plus gift box. No gift box and calendar was falling apart this cost me with. Postage £20 . I asked for a refund as this was going to be a gift was told. You do not qualify for a refund never heard anything again will not be using them again”

“I ordered Christmas cards for this year and rightly or wrongly expected a by fold 'normal run of the mill' card. But I received a 'post card', how do you stad them up ? . And after arguing the toss, I am now going to cancel my subscription. So if you order Christmas cards bear in mind their post cards !!”
“So this was strike 3 for me! Photo tiles coming loose on corners, I just glued them back but wtf? Photo books printing a page with a double exposure that wasn’t double exposed on my photos when a chose both prints to be on different pages, and enlarged prints not being the correct size. I’m done with them. They tried to say it was my fault!”
“My photos used to be a good colour quality but recently have found they are diluting the colours so that they look almost amemic and poor colour quality. Very disappointed.”
