“The first order I made came within the time expected. Pictures turned out great. Second order said was delivered and I have not received anything. I have emailed them multiple times and haven't received a response at all. Extremely frustrating. Don't use them. Total waste of my time and $$.”
“Wish I could give zero stars. My photos said delivered but I never received them. Customer service is a joke and never responded. Now those are photos with my address and children out god knows where. This is an absolute safety hazard. Never use them”
“They are such scam artists. I ordered photos back on the 27th of December. I emailed them for over a month after they put my order on hold. They requested an order number. I provided one multiple time and even sent them photos of their app with the order number they provided. No response. I finally got a response today, telling me they were cancelling my order because I failed to give them an order number. Sounds like they just don’t want to provide the services they say provide.”

“My pictures was supposed to be delivered in a certain date and it wasn’t shipped until after that day. Shows it was delivered and I didn’t receive anything!! Glad I was given a code for free pictures.
Deff will not order from them after all.”
“Don’t waste your time with this app or company unless you have plenty of time to waste or you don’t need your items by a certain day for a gift for someone because you will be left empty handed. Oh and make sure to add processing time to the 8 - 10 day arrival time they state.”

“I was charged £7.08 for a large print and received an ordinary photo just basic size so would rather pay extra and have it done somewhere else it's where I can take it in physically and have it done the same day free prints you're a waste of time”
