“My order was ordered 20th supposed to arrive latest by 25th. 27th today still not here they won’t let me raise a complaint until 30th. Meanwhile there a photos of my children with my address on out there which is a huge safeguarding issue. Do not use this company”

I've ordered a long back but still I'm waiting for that. I chase the company through email but they aren't helpful, even I've already made the payment to them in advance by paying online.
Team - Please ask your superior/supervisor and specially to your CEO to shutdown the company and refunding the amount of all those customer who haven't received the photos yet!!
