“My prints were supposed to come packed nicely in boxes… they came in paper. Don’t fall for the free items!! They offered me a free blanket deal, which I accepted but NEVER RECEIVED - customer service is a joke…I’ll take my business elsewhere”
“The worst. I ordered prints never arrived, they gave me the run around and after more than 3 weeks, said they shipped me out new ones. Never received them and they are giving me the run around again. Don't trust this company and I am turning them into the better business bureau.”
“Don’t need a refund because when you email them about it they will print a shipping label as if the items are ready so they don’t have to issue the refund but the shipping company won’t get the packages for over a week because they are not in fact being printed or shipped yet”

“The first order I made came within the time expected. Pictures turned out great. Second order said was delivered and I have not received anything. I have emailed them multiple times and haven't received a response at all. Extremely frustrating. Don't use them. Total waste of my time and $$.”

“They are such scam artists. I ordered photos back on the 27th of December. I emailed them for over a month after they put my order on hold. They requested an order number. I provided one multiple time and even sent them photos of their app with the order number they provided. No response. I finally got a response today, telling me they were cancelling my order because I failed to give them an order number. Sounds like they just don’t want to provide the services they say provide.”

“My pictures was supposed to be delivered in a certain date and it wasn’t shipped until after that day. Shows it was delivered and I didn’t receive anything!! Glad I was given a code for free pictures.
Deff will not order from them after all.”
“Don’t waste your time with this app or company unless you have plenty of time to waste or you don’t need your items by a certain day for a gift for someone because you will be left empty handed. Oh and make sure to add processing time to the 8 - 10 day arrival time they state.”

“I have not had a good experience with Freeprints. Between having to reorder lost orders and orders taking forever to be delivered, I will not use their services anymore. Also some of my prints had "roller" marks on them.”
