“My photos used to be a good colour quality but recently have found they are diluting the colours so that they look almost amemic and poor colour quality. Very disappointed.”

“I've never had any issues out of freeprints until my most recent order. I originally ordered 2 different 16X20 photos to put in our living room of us with our children. I received my package today and it was only one of those photos printed twice! I emailed them and these idiots really tried saying it was my fault when it was their mess up for not looking at the damn order!! Do not waste your money on this company they are a joke! Customer service is also no help.”

“Don’t need a refund because when you email them about it they will print a shipping label as if the items are ready so they don’t have to issue the refund but the shipping company won’t get the packages for over a week because they are not in fact being printed or shipped yet”
