Your company is a disgrace I wanted to surprise my brother with a personalised birthday card it did not show up in my orders but took my money so I reordered another card paid again but did not show up again but paid I now have found out you have sent the cards to my brother even though I have said deliver to me as I wanted to enclose something his birthday is not until the 23rd of Oct I have demanded my money back but you have ignored me not the decency to e mail me back do not use this company TERRIBLE !!!!!
