I've never had any issues out of freeprints until my most recent order. I originally ordered 2 different 16X20 photos to put in our living room of us with our children. I received my package today and it was only one of those photos printed twice! I emailed them and these idiots really tried saying it was my fault when it was their mess up for not looking at the damn order!! Do not waste your money on this company they are a joke! Customer service is also no help.
