“First time using and my photos are MIA. They can't provide any tracking. Customer Service is AI, which is maddening. I finally got an email from a person and I got my refund but will not use again.”
“I didn't want a refund I just wanted what I paid for changing color mug with photos..mug came but no photos and this was suppose to be a funeral memory mug for myself...I have lots of mugs I didn't need a another plain one very unhappy about this..and it haven't changed colors not once lol I got suckered”
“When I opened the books they appeared warped and some pages were stuck together on the edges. The covers looked like someone had food on there hands. The second book had a crease through the middle of about 4 to 6 pages.
I will not be ordering from the company again. It's not just paying for shipping the on book was 28.00 plus shipping and the other was 48.00 plus shipping.
So it's not free prints at all. Horribly disappointed.

“I have used them multiple times with no issues and was actually very happy with everything. This last time is a horror show. Refuse to give me tracking info (it says it was shipped via UPS and they always have tracking info) and keep telling me to wait a few days for my order. It's been 3 weeks (4 days after the stated arrival date) with nothing being delivered. Thankfully I'm only out the $3.99 shipping fee, but this is the last I deal with them.”
“I ordered a book from Free Prints as a gift for my 50th college reunion. I paid $20 for a large book so that it could have a title spin. The book arrived with an error in the words clsss and reunion which I reviewed and saw printed correctly on my order. I alerted the company and the only refunded $2.95 for a souvenir book that is useless. Also, some of my classmates were cut out of the cover photo. Just poor quality of the book and terrible customer service. Do NOT use this company!”
“I ordered a photobook and phototile a month ago, the arrival date they gave me came and went. They allegedly did a reprint, again this never arrived.
I last used this company a year ago without problems. Now it’s abysmal. I guess they were taken over by a con artist.
I wish i’d seen these recent reviews and not bothered. My Son’s photos are in the abyss.”
“Photos took a long time to get delivered. When they finally got delivered, I got a few pictures from a different person events. This feels like an invasion of privacy to that person, but it also makes me worry that someone else got pictures of mine which were mostly of my kids. on top of this it is expensive.”

“I ordered a home address and waited two weeks for nothing. I then try to send it to a totally different home address and still the same thing. Two weeks and nothing. I don't know if they are a functioning company anymore. 5 years ago I used them and it was fine. Now? I don't think so. Spent a solid month trying to get 10 photos delivered to me.”

“They used to have good quality. Most recent trip I ordered 300 prints. Quality and color are AWFUL. Pictures are cut off and barely look like what I took. Contacted customer service who basically said it was my fault for not cropping them. Offered no replacements or refunds. DONT USE THEM”
“Received an item from FreePrints Gifts app that was missing the components to display as it was supposed to (a tabletop display). I wrote to support and they were quick to respond and it appeared that they were going to make it right, but after a week I have not heard back and this was intended for a gift I cannot give now, unless they send the missing component before the weekend.”
