Bought a Christmas card for grandparents with a lovely Christmas photo of all the children which never arrived. Contacted customer services with relevant order number etc. Got a message back asking to supply the recipient address to investigate the missing card. Sent address which I thought was very strange since they had the order number, not heard anything more. Christmas has been and gone still no card or response think they are just stalling tactics so the company doesn’t have to follow up or make things right.
