I ordered a book from Free Prints as a gift for my 50th college reunion. I paid $20 for a large book so that it could have a title spin. The book arrived with an error in the words clsss and reunion which I reviewed and saw printed correctly on my order. I alerted the company and the only refunded $2.95 for a souvenir book that is useless. Also, some of my classmates were cut out of the cover photo. Just poor quality of the book and terrible customer service. Do NOT use this company!
