They are such scam artists. I ordered photos back on the 27th of December. I emailed them for over a month after they put my order on hold. They requested an order number. I provided one multiple time and even sent them photos of their app with the order number they provided. No response. I finally got a response today, telling me they were cancelling my order because I failed to give them an order number. Sounds like they just don’t want to provide the services they say provide.
