I had the worst experience with Free Prints. I paid premium shipping (3-6 days) for my order and I received it after 8 days of placing order. I tried contacting their customer service- which is non-existent. They have clueless AI chat, you says it will transfer the chat to a live human agent and I never received reply back. Please, please, please don't use Free Prints. Totally, not worth it!
