“They are such scam artists. I ordered photos back on the 27th of December. I emailed them for over a month after they put my order on hold. They requested an order number. I provided one multiple time and even sent them photos of their app with the order number they provided. No response. I finally got a response today, telling me they were cancelling my order because I failed to give them an order number. Sounds like they just don’t want to provide the services they say provide.”

“My pictures was supposed to be delivered in a certain date and it wasn’t shipped until after that day. Shows it was delivered and I didn’t receive anything!! Glad I was given a code for free pictures.
Deff will not order from them after all.”
“Don’t waste your time with this app or company unless you have plenty of time to waste or you don’t need your items by a certain day for a gift for someone because you will be left empty handed. Oh and make sure to add processing time to the 8 - 10 day arrival time they state.”
“Although I like the prints I receive I do have issues with them. They have lost "lost" photos with no record of the transaction but did say the photo book was shipped. Also I've recently ordered photos and a photo box. Well I received the photos but not the box. I paid for the box. I contacted them and had absolutely no response for theses problems. Good luck! “Was very impressed with free prints, used them for a good 3 yrs & canvas prints are great . Unfortunately I have a wats app group on our cul de sac for emergencies, set up when Covid hit. Suddenly free prints arrived with a link to my purchases. Without me doing it, That’s an invasion of my privacy, so disappointed that free prints invaded my privacy, I definitely won’t be using them again , tried to get thru to customer services to talk to them, no chance. Are they hacking peoples phones ????”
“So it promised right on the website and order page that orders would quickly process, print, ship and be delivered within 8-10 days. I should've known better. Placed order on Dec 9th, it shipped on dec 16th late in the day, with promise of delivery on Dec 27th. That's not 8-10 days. And it was simple photo printing mostly wallet-sized, no christmas card designing or anything complicated. Beware of false quick delivery promises.”
“In the past I had really good experience with them. This last time I received an empty envelope with nothing inside it. I guess that was just to clear the postage.”
“I have not had a good experience with Freeprints. Between having to reorder lost orders and orders taking forever to be delivered, I will not use their services anymore. Also some of my prints had "roller" marks on them.”
