“I've never had any issues out of freeprints until my most recent order. I originally ordered 2 different 16X20 photos to put in our living room of us with our children. I received my package today and it was only one of those photos printed twice! I emailed them and these idiots really tried saying it was my fault when it was their mess up for not looking at the damn order!! Do not waste your money on this company they are a joke! Customer service is also no help.”
“Not sure I’m one of the lucky ones as I did get my photos. They are dreadful. Same photo in different sizes, either legs or people missing. Sent email and copy of photos to them but got no reply.

Honestly not sure why people are complaining , because if it happened to one it should be happening to all. Love Free Photos, free Books and free gifts never a problem for me♥️”

“Don’t need a refund because when you email them about it they will print a shipping label as if the items are ready so they don’t have to issue the refund but the shipping company won’t get the packages for over a week because they are not in fact being printed or shipped yet”

“I was offered a white border at no extra cost. They just printed my photos in a tiny square at the centre of the page with over half the photo being border. Great way to save them ink! Quality used to be much better but disappointed with my last couple of orders. I'm going to try another site for getting my photos printed”
