“Was very impressed with free prints, used them for a good 3 yrs & canvas prints are great . Unfortunately I have a wats app group on our cul de sac for emergencies, set up when Covid hit. Suddenly free prints arrived with a link to my purchases. Without me doing it, That’s an invasion of my privacy, so disappointed that free prints invaded my privacy, I definitely won’t be using them again , tried to get thru to customer services to talk to them, no chance. Are they hacking peoples phones ????”
“So it promised right on the website and order page that orders would quickly process, print, ship and be delivered within 8-10 days. I should've known better. Placed order on Dec 9th, it shipped on dec 16th late in the day, with promise of delivery on Dec 27th. That's not 8-10 days. And it was simple photo printing mostly wallet-sized, no christmas card designing or anything complicated. Beware of false quick delivery promises.”
“In the past I had really good experience with them. This last time I received an empty envelope with nothing inside it. I guess that was just to clear the postage.”

I have been using this company for over a year now and after this, I will never place another order. Absolutely horrible and definitely caught me for a suprise.”
“Ordered my pictures, they printed off the wrong prints, when contacted they told me they would reprint my order, after long emails and chats(why you can't call is beyond me) ONLY to recieve the ONE photo that actually turned out right, after MORE emails and chats, guess what they sent ONLY the ONE photo they got right again! photos! They sent an email sending the photos. I needed before Christmas. They are terrible. Don't use them. Free for a reason. Quality is bad also.”
