Received an item from FreePrints Gifts app that was missing the components to display as it was supposed to (a tabletop display). I wrote to support and they were quick to respond and it appeared that they were going to make it right, but after a week I have not heard back and this was intended for a gift I cannot give now, unless they send the missing component before the weekend.
