Do not insure with this company !!!!!!!!! I called up to change my address as I was moving from uk mainland to northern ireland... They then told me they couldn't insure me because the postcode area was too "high risk" so I would have to find car insurance elsewbwre... What a nightmare, but I got on with it. Found another company with no dramas.... A week or so later I get an email informing me I had to pay THEM charges , £103!!! But they did wave the £75 cancellation fee ( how generous...).... I called them and said i wasn't paying it , they insisted it was stated in the terms of conditions... Blah blah blah. I still detested paying them , it wasn't my fault they couldn't insure me. Anyway one morning I woke up checked my bank and they just took the money out my bank. Absolute shocking company , they just lie to you and tell you false promises. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR TIME OF DAY!!!!!
