Terrible company avoid at all costs. My car was stolen in December tried calling them but was left on hold for 5 hours after a female only asked for my postcode and nothing else after which the call got dropped!!!!!! Yes 5 hours!!!!
Contacted them on WhatsApp that was no help so I emailed them and explained that the insured car has been stolen... and guess what still no response as of 8th Feb 2023 and that was in December 2022!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
