Great customer service and buying experience with a nice personal touch. I have been looking for a watch with style but without screaming branding for some time, so finding Freedom To Exist's products online was a nice surprise. The watch itself fits almost perfectly and very comfortably on my slim wrist, which has been a challenge with many mainstream products.
