I purchased a watch as a Christmas present for my wife. The watch was really fashionable and of good quality but unfortunately the strap was too long for her wrist. I had no problems whatsoever in returning the watch and getting a refund and found Kirsty and Paul's response and attitude highly commendable. I wish them every success in their new business venture
