I wasn’t sure about the rainwater harvesting product I needed so emailed a question. This was answered as soon as business opened the next working day by a lady called Hayley. Product ordered and arrived quickly and was spot on for the job. Only a small purchase but despite this the customer service was nothing less than superb. Follow up emails from Hayley kept me informed and were very polite and friendly. Best customer service I have seen for a long time. Prices were also very competitive. Highly recommend this company.
