Payment has been made for more than two weeks yet no updates from Ken despite several emails to him requesting for tracking number and shipment details. No sign of product and I don’t think it’s even shipped out yet.
During pre-sales, his replies were prompt and once payment was made, radio silence. Is this a scam??
