The pandemic caused a really big delay in the delivery, but that was nobody's fault!!! We were still able to receive our order!! I was so excited to find a website that had the Le Petite Marseiliais soap that was affordable. I went to Carrefour in France and bought a few and my husband ended up using all of it. I was surprised and delighted to see the variety of scents The Natural French Soap Company had and decided to buy nearly one of everything. We even received a beautiful almond soap bar as a free gift. When the delivery didn't come in time, I emailed Sophie, who promptly emailed back and tried to get to the bottom of the situation. I was very grateful for her concerns. When we run out of our body wash, I will definitely order again. Thank you again, Sophie!
