I was most impressed with the service from start to finish. I enjoyed Sophie's humorous emails, keeping me up to date with the progress of my order. She gives the impression that it's a really personal service - which it is! I am delighted with my new tablecloth: I'd wanted one like it since I first bought a similar type years ago in a French market, and the size and colour of this one are perfect. The little bonus gift of soap was a great surprise, and it smells divine. I may well be tempted to order some soap now . . . . It was all packaged extremely carefully in the silk scarf (aka cardoard box). Merci beaucoup!
