I ordered the Organic Kombucha scoby and live rye sourdough culture and since they arrived about a month ago, both have thrived. I have more kombucha than I can drink and the breads I made are beautiful crusty loaves. I used the recipes on the website for some but also tried other sites- the sourdough and kombucha work with different kinds of flours and tea. I am a little lazy so I really like the Dutch Oven No Knead recipe on the freshly fermented page!
