After having initially misread the date, I happily discovered that the Jun tea scoby has a fabulously long use by date. I set it to work in a jar of honeyed green tea and I can report that it is a strong and healthy scoby that rapidly produced my first bottle of Jun tea. The scoby arrived promptly in secure leak proof wrappings.I am overall very pleased with my purchase.
