Good idea, well packaged, easy to refer to instructions online and starter worked well. However, I bought the rye starter because I wanted to make rye sourdough. Fed up with lock-down, wanting a good result and not being terribly patient turned it into strong white organic wheat sourdough. Now using it every week. Tastes good and everyone likes it. Great toasted.
