Really pleased with the Greek yoghurt starter. I have made at least a batch every week since buying it and after about ten batches so far there has been no loss of thickness or performance. The starter also makes a very good French Style yoghurt if it is set in small pots and not strained. My husband won't let me buy shop-bought yoghurt anymore as he doesn't think it is as good.
