When it arrived, the product was beautifully sealed in a disconcertingly small package. We weren't quite sure what to expect having made yogurt from fresh live commercial products in the past so were careful to follow the very good instructions on the web site. Worked perfectly so now we have a continuous run of Greek yogurt from the last made batch that is noticeably superior to the commercial stuff - loads more interesting ideas on the site to follow up too ... Credit to Freshly Fermented for a quick and helpful service - we will be trying more of their offerings !!
