Excellent product, we downloaded the instructions, followed them to the letter, 4 weeks later superb Kefir, we're even second fermenting with strawberries. We now have about 4 desert spoons of grains and have upgraded our jars to 1.5ltr ones. Highy recommended for customer service and quality of product.
