I bought my first batch of milk kefir grains a few week's back and I'm thrilled to say the 'community' is thriving and I'm enjoying lashings of kefir on a daily basis! The instructions for activating the grains (on the website) were clear and encouraging, and panic-averting (ie. sometimes it may take a while for the grains to 'settle in', as mine did: took about 96 hours, but once they were off, they were off!). I'm enjoying looking after my kefir and harvesting the rewards. Would definitely try another product from Freshly Fermented!
