Jun Tea Scoby delivered quickly and well packed. The instructions were clear and precise on the website, but I had a few questions as I had not made Jun Tea before and the fermenrtation time and process is different from Kombucha. My questions were answered quickly and the company were most helpful. I'm on my 4th batch of Jun Tea now and the Scoby has produced a baby one, so I'm happy with the quality.
