As a newbie to sourdough baking, the level of information on the website allowed me to choose the right starter for my needs. I ordered the white sourdough starter kit, and I am very impressed. It arrived quickly, and had great, easy to follow instructions for feeding and care. It is thriving and allowing me to learn the art of sourdough baking. The beginner recipe on the web was also brilliant. I definitely recommend Freshly Fermented.
