These are really great because they are freeze dried, so keep for ages and are also organic. The service was efficient and the online supporting information is excellent. I didn’t realise that sometimes a new culture can take longer to ‘set’ then usual and actually wasted one and recoiled the milk because I thought it hadn’t worked. When it didn’t work with another new packet I added a couple more hours onto the timer - then it did work. They now just keep going and are delicious - I really like the creamier Beijing culture to have with stewed fruit or just with honey.
