I had previously thought of making my own sourdough starter but when I looked at Freshly Fermented organic white sourdough starter I changed my mind. I bought my white sourdough starter from Freshly Fermented due to it having a long history and traceability factor. I followed the instructions on the website to activate my starter which I have named “Betty” and made my first sourdough bread. I was so impressed with the starter and my bread was wonderful. I also bought the Caspian Sea yoghurt starter and successfully activated, I have been enjoying this yoghurt. I am very pleased with both of my starters and the clear instructions that are accessible on the website. I would definitely buy products from Freshly Fermented again.
