I received my order quickly. The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to make my first jar of creme fraiche without any problems, It was delicious and much nicer than the shop bought product. I had a slight problem with my first re-culture and contacted Freshly Fermented for advice. I was emailed back quickly and given some helpful tips. Since then I have been able to make a new batch on a weekly basis and I have just completed my 7th. As a bonus I can use the culture to make yogurt. Extremely pleased with my purchase.
