I ordered the milk kefir and kombucha from Freshly Fermented last year and was really impressed with the customer service (they answered all my questions) and the quality of the products and packaging when they arrived. The instructions online are also really straightforward and easy to understand. This time round I wanted to give the Bulgarian yoghurt and Ginger Bug a go and Freshly Fermented have done it again with quality starters and clear instructions! I've made 3 batches of delicious yoghurt so far and am on my 2nd batch of ginger beer, both of which are way tastier than shop-bought yoghurt and sodas and have been a nice lockdown (edible) hobby! Just wish I lived in a larger flat so I'd have the space to try more of their fermented starters!!
