Freshly Fermented came to my rescue when I was desperate for some spelt flour whilst self isolating with my husband who's being treated for bowel cancer. I've made our bread for years and spelt is now the only flour he tolerates well following his recent operation. I was able to order a good supply which arrived well packed and on time.
