I bought the freeze dried sourdough starter. I am a total novice to sourdough starter so wasn’t sure if I was feeding correctly etc. But just brought my first loaf out of the oven and for a 1st attempt very happy with result. Great crust and flavour. I would probably try the fresh starter next. Very pleased
