I ordered sourdough, water kefir and kombucha scoby, all healthy and thriving. The instructions online are clear, comprehensive and simple, though I would recommend further reading to reach their full potential. Bread rises beautifully without any other raising agents. I think it is clear that this company genuinely cares about its products
