The Kefir grains arrived quickly and well packaged. After a few uses they have increased significantly and, 2 weeks later, are producing nice creamy kefir (using skimmed milk). I have not rated this supplier as 5 stars because I did not find the instructions for use particularly clear or helpful and in fact I found and followed, better instructions elsewhere.
