San Francisco starter arrived and fed it according to the online instructions. Used the baking recipe. Worked well but have looked at various other techniques. Baked some fantastic bread. I also tried a crumpet recipe for the leftover starter. Looked great but was so sour it was inedible ! I now skim the top of the starter before I use it for anything. No further problems.
