As a total novice in making Kombucha, I ordered a scoby from Freshly Fermented to make my first starter batch. Came with brilliant instructions and advice. Would definitely recommend this company. Had my first bottle of home brewed Kombucha last night which was perfect. So thanks Freshly Fermented!
