I ordered some kefir grains as I wanted to try drinking kefir for health reasons. It wasn't the kefir kit so there weren't any instructions. However my daughter told me what to do and it all worked perfectly. I now drink it every day and my digestive system has changed so that my bowel movements are regular and normal. I make it with skimmed milk and the drink is still thick and creamy. I am very pleased with it.
