Ordered water and milk kefir grains, I couldn't believe how fast the water grains reproduce and I think I have to recover them slightly after underfeeding, but if I had read the Freshly Fermented guidance more thoroughly, I wouldn't have put a foot wrong. Took about 3 days to receive the parcel after posting and everything packed really well. Both sets of grains worked perfectly from the start and now I've got an endless supply of probiotics, after a solid week of ingesting, I feel fantastic.
